Cancellation fee’s

As much as I absolutely don’t want to put this in place, I’ve now had to in order to protect me and my business. I can’t afford to loose money last minute and sometimes I am unable to fill the space. I’m aware that life happens and nobody can control that. But I must place healthy boundaries into my work.

Cancellation fee will apply on tattoos £100 or over (on the day price)
This is for clients who within 5 days of your appointment cancel your tattoo and don’t rebook/reschedule on that day. This also applies to clients who don’t show up to their appointment and have no communication with me to let me know they are unable to attend their appointment.

For down payments I ask that you give me 72 hours at the very least if you need to move your appointment. If you cancel/reschedule/no show within 72 hours, your downpayment will be lost and you’ll have to pay another one for your next appointment.
